Manchester is classified as being the capital of the north and it lives up to its reputation thanks to the cosmopolitan air, the avid shopping experiences that await and the variety of shops, boutiques and cafes. When it comes to planning a stag weekend, Manchester is as good a choice as its neighbours, Leeds and Liverpool despite the fact that Leeds is the most budget friendly spot of the three.
